Recently 
Scott Douglas during the "Week of Crisis Management Caribbean parts of the Kingdom" gave a presentation on Adapt! After the presentation, a nice debate ensued about religion, disasters and room for customization in crises in the Kingdom. This was accompanied by an open conversation about the relevance of Adapt! for islands.
Douglas stood there along with Emma Pullen, a doctoral student in the Department of Management and Organizational Science who just returned from Aruba and Curaçao thesis researcher Reggie Ricardo who talked about the cultural capacity that communities may or may not have.
